- Commercial Electrical Services: CCTV systems installation, fire alarm maintenance, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), and electrical facility management.
- Emergency Electrical Services: Available 24/7 for urgent electrical issues, fault finding, emergency lighting installations, and more.
- Electrical Safety Certificates (EICR): Comprehensive inspections and certification to ensure compliance with safety standards.
All services are performed by our team of qualified electricians in London, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
3. Booking and Payment Terms

- Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with the scheduled date and time for the service.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept card payments only. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Fixed Quotes: We provide fixed quotes with no hidden costs. Any additional work required will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

- Price Changes: Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Any changes in scope of work may result in price adjustments.

6. Guarantees and Warranties
- 12-Month Guarantee: All our work is backed by a 12-month guarantee, ensuring the quality and reliability of our services. This guarantee covers any defects in workmanship or materials used.
- Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the guarantee period with details of the issue. We will assess the claim and take appropriate action to rectify any problems.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a booked service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty.
- Refunds: If you cancel a service within the allowed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.
